WABC-TV / Disney Facility & operational transformation
A new home for WABC-TV
Led WABC’s technology and operational transition to 7 Hudson Square, aligning engineering, production, facilities, construction, and vendor teams across studios, control rooms, and distribution.
Result: A new operating environment, with continuity of critical broadcast services throughout the transition.
ABC Owned Stations Product & distribution
Eight new ways to reach local audiences
Led the design and launch of eight 24/7 local streaming channels in 2022, connecting technology, newsroom, product, and distribution teams across ABC’s owned stations.
Result: Continuous local news services, later integrated into Disney+ in early 2026.
NBC Universal Multimarket program leadership
A $65 million infrastructure program
Led a spectrum repack program across approximately 30 stations, coordinating technical upgrades, investment, regulatory requirements, and implementation schedules.
Result: Completed on schedule while protecting critical broadcast services.
